I booked a meditation pedicure and express mani and had a great experience. Claire was very careful, gentle and kind, she did a really good job. The meditation included a track on headphones, warm (disposable) eye mask, heating pad on the back and cozy blanket to cover up. It was extremely relaxing. The whole place has a very zen vibe. I’d go back to try other services too next time

This experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was super calming. I got the seasonal pumpkin latte pedicure which came with a complimentary pumpkin mimosa. My tech did an amazing job and she talked me through the whole process, I would highly recommend! I will definitely be back.

While there are plenty of spas near my home, I happily drive 45 minutes to Fika because their services are that incredible. From start to finish, you are treated as a guest. Their customer service is excellent, the space is clean, warm, & inviting, the services are the perfect mix of peaceful & rejuvenating, & the price point is very reasonable. I have loved all of my treatments there & you will too! I can’t say enough good things, 10/10, go book your appointment!

Wow, this is a hidden gem of a spa that I was not even aware was here in my 8 years of living in Valpo. I had not even heard of a headspa before this experience and now I can’t believe I didn’t invent it myself! My office counterparts and I won a company competition through our corporate office and received a spa day as the reward. The headspa was very relaxing. They take a high resolution before/after photo of your scalp to show how much buildup you have and how it’s gone after. The bed you lay on for the headspa is a full body massage also. All the sensations, smells and sounds are very calming and my hair was squeaky clean after. My silver hair literally sparkled when I walked out of there. I also had a facial that was the stuff dreams are made of. It was so relaxing and my skin is still glowing. Janae did both of my services and she was very attentive to how I felt throughout both services and ensured all my questions were answered and that I was pampered. Janae is very skilled and although her hands are little, she is mighty! Both rooms for the services were very comfortable. There’s nothing better than coming in out of the cold and into a heated bed! Mercedes, the manager, was also very attentive to not only myself but to everyone I witnessed walk through the door while I was there. It’s very apparent that she wants to ensure every customer is happy and pampered. This spa also has some lovely products. I highly recommend this spa and I will be back for both the services and the products this place has to offer. Thank you for providing such great services 🙏🏻

Wow! I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Emily is an amazing aesthetician - I recommend her if you want to melt!! My facial was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful and easy to let go of all your worries. I left glowing! Highly recommend!!
